Create new forms, goals, or next steps directly from your dashboard by clicking the blue New Activity button in the top-right corner.

Activity breakdown
The Activity Breakdown section gives you a quick visual summary of staff activity for the current school year. Each widget shows the total number of activities created, as well as how those activities are distributed across your staff.
- Forms: View the status of all forms at a glance—whether they’re complete, in progress, or scheduled.
- Next Steps: See the percentage of steps marked as complete versus those still in progress.
- Goals: Track how many goals are active, and identify those marked as paused or still in draft form.
- Coaching Cycles (Coach Leaders only): Monitor the number of active and complete cycles for the current school year.
- Cycle Activities (Coach Leaders only): Keep track of the number of cycle-associated activities that have been created.
Pro-tip: Click the arrow icon in the bottom-left corner of each widget to jump directly to the full activity list.
All Forms by Month
This monthly bar chart shows how many forms are being completed over time. Each bar is color-coded by status—completed, in progress, or scheduled—making it easy to spot trends and changes in staff activity.
Agenda
Linked to your calendar, the Agenda section in the top-right corner highlights all activities scheduled for today. Select Full agenda to view your weekly schedule at a glance.
This Week
The weekly overview section provides a concise snapshot of all scheduled activities for the current week, helping you stay organized and on track.
Deep dive using reports
For more detailed analysis, open the Reports section from the left-hand navigation panel. Each report opens in full-screen mode for easy viewing, filtering, and deeper insights into school- or district-level trends.
