How can I respond to feedback given to me?

If you've received feedback from an observation or another type of form within TeachBoost that you want to write a formal written response, you can use the written discussion feature in-app.

First, head to the form summary page of the observation (or other appraisal form) that you want to respond to.

Then, click the Discussion tab and type in your written response as a comment on the form. You can learn more about this feature in this help doc.

Communicating your response directly

When you post your response in the discussion area of the form, an email will automatically be sent to the form's author. If you wish to include any other administrator at your school campus, you can @-mention them to send a copy of your response to their email too.

You can also preserve a copy of your response in a print/download of your form, as outlined in this help doc.
