Create a new summative report
To access your summative reports section from your Dashboard:
- Click Reports on the left-hand navigation panel
- Then select the gray Summative Evaluations button
Create a new summative
From the Summative Reports landing page, start typing the name of the staff member you want to create a summative report for and then click View Report.
Note: If there is more than one summative profile available for your selected staff member (for example, your organization has separate 'teaching staff' and 'special education' profiles) you will need to select the required profile.
Manually enter data
Your school or district may require data to be entered manually - this is likely to be the case if data required for the summative calculations lives outside of TeachBoost e.g. parent or student survey data. If this is the case, you'll see boxes where you can enter a score that corresponds with your rating scale for the summative (on the right of this page).
After entering a score, click the green Save Profile button to save updates.
