Complete and share a summative report
When you've finished editing and reviewed your summative report, you also have the option to write a personalized introduction to the summative for your staff member.
At this point you're ready to finalize the report and notify your staff: click Actions and then Mark as Completed. The indicator in the top right will turn green and read 'Complete'.
Once the report has been completed, you'll see a purple button allowing you to share the completed summative report with your staff member. This allows you to write a custom message if you choose.
