FAQ: Why are some staff members not displayed in the Heatmap?
Are some of your school staff in the roster, yet missing from the Heatmap report? This is likely because the Heatmap defaults to showing only Level 1 staff members that are explicitly within your roster.
Here's what you'll need to do:
If you evaluate staff who have administrative (Level 2+) access to your school group, then you can adjust the Heatmap to show all staff instead -- here's how:
- Click More Options at the top right of the Heatmap
- Under 'User List', use the dropdown menu to select Display all users
- Click the blue Apply Filters button to update the Heatmap display
Note: Administrative staff who have caseloads will only see the data for staff assigned to them in TeachBoost
