Performance Summary
The Performance Summary on the Reports page shows progress over time at a particular group. You can get to this report by clicking Reports from your dashboard, and selecting Performance Summary.
You can identify high-level trends across your school site against your evaluation framework using this tool:
- Competency - This column displays your framework, nested. By default, it only shows the topmost level of your framework. You can click the (+) to expand and view data by component or subcomponent as needed.
- Average Score - This column shows the average score for the current time period.
- Progress - This column shows a sparkline of progress over time and is read left-to-right.
- Insights - The 'Report' link in this column links you to the relevant Competency Insight page to drill down further into the data.
You can access this exact same data about individual teachers by heading to a staff member's User Profile page. To get there, just use the search bar in the top left to start typing their name and click to view their profile.
If these reports don't give you what you're after, you may wish to download the All Scores and Ratings export from the Reports page. This will provide you with an .xlsx file, which you can manipulate in Excel or Google Sheets to get the custom reporting that you need.
