The Insights in the Performance Summary table show overall performance data on individual components of your framework. These insights allow you to track overall trends and identify areas of strength and growth.
Find the component you want to explore and click the 'Report' link in the final column.
Viewing Insights
At the top of the page, you will see at-a-glance stats on the selected component or domain. These include the average rating (highlighted in the green box below), total ratings, number of teachers observed and not yet observed, number of goals, and any resources connected to the component.
Below the summary, you will see this data broken down by form and teacher, showing all forms that have the selected component tagged. If the selected component was also rated, the rating will appear in the Rating column. These ratings combined factor into the overall average rating.
Rating breakdown
Below the Rating Details is a pie chart view of total ratings on that component at your school. To see who is influencing this performance data, click on a slice of the pie: a bar graph will appear showing who at the organization has been rated on this competency, and how many times.
