If you're seeing an Insufficient Permissions error when trying to connect your Google Calendar to Boost Coach, it’s likely due to incomplete permissions between your Google account and Boost Coach. Follow these steps to reset the connection and ensure the right permissions are granted.
Step 1: Open your Google Connections page
Visit this page: https://myaccount.google.com/connections. Make sure you're signed in with your school Gmail account.
Step 2: Find TeachBoost
Scroll through the list of connected apps until you find TeachBoost and click to open the details page.
Step 3: Delete the connection
At the bottom of the TeachBoost permissions page, click Delete all connections you have with TeachBoost. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Step 4: Reconnect Your Google Calendar in Boost
Return to Boost and try to Connect your Google Calendar again. Follow the on-screen instructions carefully.
Step 5: Grant Full Permissions
When you reach the fourth prompt in the Google permissions screen, be sure to check the box that allows full calendar access. This step is crucial—missing it may cause the same error to appear again.

Following these steps should ensure you can successfully connect your Google Calendar in Boost Coach. However, if you continue to run into trouble, please submit a support ticket.
