If notes appear to be missing from your Q&A form, don’t panic. Your form is regularly autosaved as you work, so previous versions of your answers can almost always be restored.
You can use the Form History feature to find an earlier version of the form and restore its answers.
Restore lost notes
To restore your lost notes or revert the form to a previous version:
- Click Form History in the top-right corner of the page
- Select a revision and choose Preview these Answers to review the answers saved in that version
- If the preview contains the notes you want to recover, click Restore these Answers
- Select Back at any time to return to the list of previous revisions
Note: The History list shows previous versions along with their dates and sizes. The five most recent revisions are shown first. Select Show more to see older revisions.
