The Coach Activity Report gives coaching leaders an at-a-glance view of engagement across their entire coaching program. It provides a rolled-up, per-team view of cycles, events, goals, and next steps across every team beneath the group you're viewing.
Use the report to quickly understand coaching activity across a district, region, or school, identify coaches who may need additional support, and recognize teams that are particularly active.
Viewing the Coach Activity Report
The Coach Activity Report is available under Reports in the left-hand navigation panel for any parent group that has other child groups beneath it.
By default, the report displays data for the current school year. You can also use the report filters to select a custom date range.
Note: The Coach Activity Report is not available when viewing a coach-level group.
If your organization has different coaching divisions, use the Group by option in the top-right corner to segment the report by coaching division.
What activities appear in the Coach Activity Report?
The report contains eight columns. All values are calculated at the team level for the selected time period.
- Coach: The team or group name.
- Teachers coached: The number of unique teachers with a goal, next step, or Teacher Interaction within the selected date range.
- Active cycles: Cycles that started during the selected time period and are still open.
- Completed cycles: Cycles that started during the selected time period and are now closed.
- Teacher interactions: Teacher Interaction events logged during the selected time period.
- Coach responsibilities: Coach Responsibility events logged during the selected time period.
- Goals: Goals that existed during the selected time period.
- Next Steps: Next steps that existed during the selected time period.
You can sort any column in ascending or descending order. The Coach column can also be sorted alphabetically by team name.
Note: Paused and inactive groups are excluded from the Coach Activity Report.
Filtering the Coach Activity Report
Use the Filters option in the top-right corner to drill into your coaching data. The Coach Activity Report can be filtered by tags, grades, and a custom date range.
Tag and grade filters narrow the teachers included in the report. As a result, these filters affect the values in every column, not just the teams or rows displayed.
