There's a slightly different process to locate the forms and goals whose scores feed into your summative reports.
Forms
Clicking Actions > View Summative Forms will show you which forms are feeding into your report. This can be a helpful sanity check if you believe a score to be wrong. E.g. a teacher might require two formal observations during the year, but they only have one when you click the link.
Note: If any forms are still 'in progress', they must be marked 'complete' for the data to flow through to the summative report.
Goals
The 'View' link alongside any goals or SGOs will take you to view the goal profile page. From there you can check that any scores or ratings have been entered as required.
