As an administrator with a caseload, filtering your dashboard only to your caseload allows you to focus on the particular staff you support.
How do caseloads affect what I see in Boost?
- You can only see the forms about staff assigned to you
- Your Dashboard Quicklist will show only the staff assigned to you
- Your reports will be filtered by the staff in your caseload
- Your staff manager will be filtered by default to show only the staff assigned to you
Pro-tip: if you have a caseload assigned and need to adjust your staff, make sure the 'Your Caseload' box at the top of the Staff Manager is un-checked! See here for more detail.
