Helpful resources can be added to next steps from various locations, ensuring that the most relevant and up-to-date information is available to support growth and development.
In the Next Step modal, clicking the blue Attach Resources button will enable you to upload files from:
- Your organization's Resource Library
- Your computer (maximum 10MB)
- Files from your Google Drive (no maximum size, ideal if you want to link to a video file)
- Resources from your Microsoft OneDrive, or
- A weblink (perfect for any online resources you need to refer to)
Note: OneDrive attachments are captured at the moment of upload and become static. If the original file in OneDrive is edited later, the version in Boost won't update.
Each next step can have multiple attachments, either from one source (e.g. a weblink) or a combination of sources, making it easier for educators and leaders to access the tools you need.
Pro-tip: Add focus areas to next steps to track progress and outline where support is being given.
