If your organization uses multiple rubrics or frameworks—or if frameworks vary by staff role—you may need to adjust which framework is shown in your Heatmap.
To change the framework in the Heatmap:
Click More Options in the top-right corner of the Heatmap
Under Framework & Form Type, select Change Framework
Use the dropdown menu to choose the framework you'd like to view
Click Submit to refresh the Heatmap with the selected framework
