When syncing to Advance, only specific data from the Sketch and Q&A-type forms will be carried over. Please note that observations do not sync automatically; each one must be synced individually. For step-by-step instructions, see Guide: Syncing Your Forms with Advance
From the sketch tool template
Look for forms marked with the post-it note icon.

Low inference notes taken in the Record/Edit Notes section will not sync over to Advance.
- Only rated components will sync. If feedback is provided without a rating, that component will not appear in Advance.

Feedback for rated components will appear under each corresponding component once synced to Advance.

Any notes entered in the + Add Evaluator Notes section in TeachBoost will sync to the Additional Evaluator Notes section in Advance.

Evaluator Notes (see image above) and any Next Steps added for each component will appear in the Additional Evaluator Notes section in Advance once the form is synced.
From the Q&A-type form
Look for forms marked with the list icon.
