If you complete activities with coachees that aren’t directly related to an active coaching cycle—such as PLC meetings or professional development sessions—you can remove those activities from a coaching cycle to keep cycle tracking accurate.
Removing an activity from a cycle
By default, activities that occur within a cycle’s start and end dates are associated with that cycle. You can remove activities to ensure cycles reflect focused coaching work rather than every activity that happens to fall within a cycle’s date range.
To remove an activity from a cycle:
- Open the cycle summary page
- Locate the activity you'd like to remove in the Cycle Activities section
- Click the unlink icon on the right
Once an event is removed from a cycle, it will no longer appear on the cycle page or count as a Cycle Interaction in the Coaching Momentum Report. The event will still be visible on your calendar and your coachee's profile.
