When you're finished editing your form, you will want to mark it as 'Complete' and, if it's about another staff member (e.g. a Classroom Observation about one of your teaching staff), you might want to 'Share' this form's contents with that staff member.
- Completing a form means that the form is marked as 'Complete' and submits it fully to your school dataset within Boost so that any practice continuum selections therein will roll up into your school reports.
- Sharing a form with your staff member provides the staff member (i.e. topic) on the form permission to view the form in-app, and enables you to send them an optional email notifying them of this.
Completing and sharing a form about another staff member
To complete a form, just click the green Complete Form button at the top of the form summary page.
At this point, you can also share the form and its contents with your staff member in the app and send them an email notification (optional). Depending on your school's design on the form, there may be some additional options:
- Share low inference notes (Sketch only): this will display or hide the full set of scripted notes in the editor for your teaching staff member.
- Share all placements on practice continuum: unchecking this box will hide all practice continuum selections you have made against your school framework from your staff member.
Pro-tip: Head to this help doc to find out how to verify what data your staff member can currently see on the form summary.
