What this means
If you're receiving an Err#2, then your email account is not currently registered with TeachBoost.
Here's what you'll need to do:
School or District Administrators are responsible for managing their rosters within TeachBoost and as such, we recommend that you reach out to them directly to ensure that your email account has been entered into the TeachBoost roster for your school.
