What this means
If you're receiving an Err#7, then the password you're using does not match the one currently set in our system.
Here's what you'll need to do:
- Head to the password reset page.
- Ensure your email is entered in the field correctly, then click Reset Password and await your password reset email!
- When you receive your password reset email (this may take a minute or two), simply click the link to be taken to a page from where you can set a new password for yourself before logging in once more.
